Live well with our heart-centered classes

There’s no one way to meditate! In downtown Westport, our waterfront studio offers a well-rounded selection of daily classes, encompassing meditation, journaling, discussion, and sound healing open to anyone. Some classes also incorporate movement such as yoga, pilates, breathwork, qigong, and other somatic practices, all tailored to support your holistic wellbeing, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
