Bianca’s Bio
About
Bianca has always been interested in the mind/body connection, and health & wellness in general. She has been on her own healing journey for the past 20 years trying various modalities all over the world. Bianca was always passionate about helping others on their journey for as long as she can remember. It took a great tragedy to make her realize that this is her purpose and this is what she wanted to do full-time. She is now the founder and owner of bWithin, a space where she can guide others using all the tools and techniques she has mastered over her many years of self-healing.
bWithin is founded upon the belief that we each hold the power to change with the proper support, tools, and guidance. With certifications in Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Integrative Nutrition, and Breathwork, her work as a health and wellness practitioner embodies a holistic approach that works to heal the body, mind and spirit. Coupled with intuitive gifts, as well as studies of various practices including Theta Healing, Meditation, Reiki, and Yoga, bWithin employs a selection of healing modalities curated for each individual experience. The aim of this work is to calm the nervous system and to release limiting beliefs, anxiety, fear, grief and past traumas stuck in the subconscious mind and body, and to support true, lasting mind-body integration.
Bianca’s strength is in guiding others toward harmony between mind, body and spirit. It is her great passion to provide these tools, and help create a space in which to embrace self-love, peace, abundance and joy, to discover and empower your true self, starting from within.
Her driving force is to help others feel seen and supported, to provide the tools and resources she’s gathered in her own experience and in her professional development. And ultimately, be a guide for others on their own journey toward inner peace and freedom.
Her Story
In 2020, even before the Covid-19 pandemic set in, my own world was turned upside down. On a flight from New York to Los Angeles, I felt a sense that something was very wrong. While in the air, my sister left me a message. My father had experienced a fall. I was on a plane to Australia the next day, and the following week, my father was gone.
What came next was a period in which not only did the world around me feel foreign and chaotic, but I completely lost touch with the person within. My physical health began to reflect the state of my grief-stricken mind. I lost weight rapidly, began having panic attacks and reactions that baffled doctors. Solutions were suggested in the form of medications and tests that only left me feeling worse, with more questions than answers. Talk therapy intensified my anxiety and I suffered from insomnia. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites of food. A point came when I was certain that I was going to die. It wasn’t until I reconnected with my hypnotherapist, that I was able to begin shifting my perspective and making progress. Acupuncture and breathwork brought me back into my body and calmed my nervous system, and only then, after engaging these natural modalities, did I finally begin to heal and see clearly.
It was in the wake of this breaking point and return to myself that I made the decision to begin a new journey. I left behind a job that, to the outside world, seemed “safe and secure.” I chose a path that could help people, the way others had done for me. I’m sharing now because had no one shared with me, I don’t believe I would have been able to heal.
