Josh Liebling

“We can’t think our way

out of stress. But if we

allow it to naturally

flow and transform,

then we’re able to

return to the freedom

that is always present.”

Josh’s Bio

About

Josh is a life-long learner. For the past 15 years he has explored many different types of meditation modalities ranging from transcendental meditation and mantra meditation to mindfulness and breathwork. But it was in Qi Gong that he found a practice that enriched his life so much that he wanted to share its benefits with others. At its foundation, Qi Gong helps transform stress into vitality leaving us with less stress and more energy. Through a combination of breathwork, tapping, warm-ups, stretches, flows, postures, and meditation, a student can return to a place of calm while simultaneously feeling energized.

His Practice

Josh received his Qi Gong training from Masters Robert Peng and Lee Holden.

In addition, Josh is a certified professional coach, and is trained in the 3 Principles by Michael Neill. He enjoys helping people reignite the power within themselves to return to an aligned, peaceful state that feels like home.

Experience

While living in NYC, Josh was one of the hosts of Awakin New York where he hosted meditation gatherings once a month, free for anyone to join. It included an hour-long silent meditation, reading of the week, circle of sharing, and a light meal among new friends. Josh always appreciated the opportunity to hold space for the circle, listen to stories, and witness the power of community. He also co-hosted Awakin retreats where he created workshop activities and taught Qi Gong movements and practices.

Creativity

Additionally, Josh is in the creative arts as a video editor and podcaster. He loves storytelling in all its forms. He truly enjoys hearing people’s stories while listening for common threads and insights weaved into the tapestry of the human experience.
