Molly’s Bio
About
Molly discovered yoga 16 years ago after relocating from Rhode Island to New York City. What started as a physical counterbalance to her fast-paced city life quickly evolved into a spiritual and mental transformation that deepened her commitment to yoga. In 2014, she completed her 200-hour certification and a 50-hour teaching mentorship at Yoga Vida NYC. She is also certified in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra from Yoga on The Vine, Martha’s Vineyard.
Practice
Molly's classes combine dynamic, challenging flows with mindful contemplation. She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone, offering modifications, hands-on adjustments, and alignment-based cues to ensure students move safely and breathe freely. With energizing music and a playful atmosphere, Molly helps students strengthen the connection between their mind, body, and spirit. She provides private, corporate, and group yoga sessions in New York City and Connecticut, tailoring each class to meet her students' specific needs, promoting a balance of effort and grace on and off the mat.
