Journey
Gandhi started her journey to help people stay healthy by studying Microbiology, Immunology, and Genetics as an undergraduate student at UCLA and finished her Research Internship at National Institute of Health in Washington, D.C., where her love for Alternative and Complementary Medicine began.
Through her own experiences and working with patients in various clinics and the community, Gandhi believes passionately in the ability of the body to heal itself and in the healing power of nature. Since then, her study has taken her on a path of exploration of both western and eastern holistic therapies to bring her clients powerful healing experiences to enhance overall wellness.
Practice
Gandhi’s practice is an integration and union of Mind-Body-Spiritual Medicine. She believes in the dualities of masculine and feminine energies, such as the ancient Tantras, Shiva-Shakti, and Ying-Yang. Her approach is to bring these energies into balance and integrate the duality into one whole self.
She has done extensive research during her naturopathic thesis to explore the healing effects Sound and Meditation. Her professional holistic training includes Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meditative Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Japanese Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® and Ayurvedic Marma and Mudra therapy, and Facial Rejuvenation.
Gandhi has achieved the certificate of fundamentals of Oncology Acupuncture from Memorial Sloane. She integrates the above modalities to fit best her patients during her healing sessions. Whether her clients are looking relief from inflammation, pain, fatigue, energy imbalance, stress or tension relief, or need support in balancing their diet and lifestyle, her powerful techniques combine the best of holistic medicine practices and assist clients on their path to self-healing.
Mission
In life and work, Gandhi is trying to bridge science and spirituality, coming together as scientist and artist to utilize power of imagination for creative manifestation and providing solutions.
Two major, ancient spiritual concepts that she is working with are vision quest and meditation which can be explained with neuroplasticity and understanding deep brain waves. These create new neural pathways/rewire the nervous system and help the brain to release waves at different frequency to further guide the healing, wellbeing and restoration for mind, body and spirit.
The most important mission is to involve her patients to imagine, and cocreate in their healing and wellbeing. Your participation in their own healing further opens your personal Narrative, or Individual Myth and Story connected to your illness. Gandhi believes that she is a space holder for your narrative to unfold, creating an opening, clearing, and allowing what needs to unwind, release.
