Each of our classes, designed to promote balance, strengthen the body, and empower the mind, includes journaling and discussion to forge new paths and set intentions for change. It's a powerful experience for those ready to explore their truths, bring light to shadows, and move forward with clarity.

At Pause and Purpose, we avoid a cookie-cutter approach to structuring classes, allowing our mentors' creativity, intuition, and unique gifts to shine. While you'll experience everything listed in the title and description, meditations, discussions, and journaling will vary—no two mentors or classes are exactly the same. We believe this serves our community best, offering a unique opportunity for authentic exchange. We encourage you to let each gathering unfold and fully experience that mentor's unique offerings. And if one mentor's style doesn't resonate with you, that's okay—there are plenty of others to explore.
