Lydia’s Bio

About

Clients call her “a wise, old soul” for a reason.

As a spiritual coach, priestess, and academic researcher, Lydia empowers seekers and high-level leaders to embody their next level of purpose, impact, and mastery by embodying the depths of their soul.

Lydia is a Master’s candidate at Teachers College Columbia University, studying spirituality in psychology. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Peace Studies and brings her wisdom as priestess of Celtic and rose lineages, a Reiki II healer, certified yoga instructor, tantric and breathwork practitioner, and circle facilitator into every session.

Her approach is an intuitive collaboration rooted in ancient and modern wisdom. Whether leading ritual, retreats, or 1:1 coaching, Lydia creates safe spaces to go deep, that honor the sacred intelligence of the soul, body, and Source, guiding clients to transform their inner and outer worlds into alignment with their highest truth.

Journey

Lydia’s journey has been one of profound self-discovery and transformation. At the age of twelve, she encountered philosophies and spiritual teachings that awakened her to a deeper truth about life’s interconnectedness. This spark led her on a lifelong quest for wisdom, healing, and liberation.

Overcoming an abusive relationship and eating disorder as a teenager, Lydia understands the courage it takes to break cycles of trauma and reclaim your life. These experiences deepened her empathy and inspired her devotion to serving women to heal intergenerational wounds, cultivate self-trust, and rise into their authentic power.

As a spiritual leader, Lydia is devoted to helping others experience the divine nature within themselves and all things, guiding them toward lives of freedom, joy, and fulfillment.

Practice

Lydia’s devotional daily rituals fuel her alignment and integrity, following the pings of her soul and creating space for her soul's guidance.

Morning:
She begins each day with meditation and a walk outside with her dog Noor to connect with the elements, offering gratitude to Source for the blessings in her life. Spiritual reading, joyful movement, and tantric practice restore her nervous system and align her mind-body-soul.

Evening:
Lydia sacred evening rituals begin with blessing her meals with Reiki energy, journaling on reflections and synchronicities of the day. She winds down with yoga, a calming bath, stargazing, or a tantric ritual with her beloved.
