The focus of this class is to guide you towards clarity, elicit release, and cultivate personal growth through the natural power of Breathwork. Through this somatic practice we will tap into the body's innate capacity for healing and build emotional and stress resilience in the process. Consider it a journey to reconnect with your authentic self, to your wise intuition, and unlock your fullest potential. Join us for a unique series designed to introduce you to the world of Beej (Seed) Mantra chanting combined with sound healing. It's a welcoming space for anyone curious about exploring new experiences and the power of using our voices to create healing sounds in Sanskrit.
In each session, we'll start with some gentle movements to prepare our bodies, then sit and chant special sounds while touching specific energy points on our bodies. This practice, rooted in ancient tantric traditions called Nyasa, aims to promote deeper healing and overall well-being.
We'll conclude each class by entering a peaceful, meditative state. This series is designed to be accessible and gentle, making it suitable for everyone. It offers a chance to connect with your inner self, explore deep emotions, and bond with others in the group. Participants may find improvements in focus and memory, as well as reduced stress and tension. In times of challenge, this series provides a supportive space to send out your wishes, prayers, or intentions to the divine.

11/11 Sound Healing with Toning + Chanting
with Raven Lee and Dr. Tanvi Gandhi
An integrative and holistic approach to healing through the use of evidenced-based techniques that focus on regulating the nervous system and deepening the connection between mind-body-spirit/soul/Self. Practicing mindful alchemy will help to bridge the subconscious/unconscious mind with the conscious mind so that we become more self-aware. When we are self-aware, we are more in control of our reactions instead of feeling out of control. We learn how to respond instead of react. We work through our triggers so they no longer have control over us.
By combining eastern and western approaches to medicine and mental health, practicing mindful alchemy will also help to regulate our nervous system. When we are able to regulate our nervous system, we may feel more grounded and centered and have better access to our own intuition, inner wisdom, and clarity. These tools and techniques will be taught, explained, and shared in this class so that people feel educated, informed, and empowered to practice them on their own. The body has its own innate capacity to heal and through these practices, we tap into our own capacity for healing and we deepen our connection with our mind, body, and spirit/soul/Self, stepping into our wholeness.
Movement Rating: 2 (1 being still, 5 being most movement) Participation in this physically active class may involve exercises that can elicit physical and emotional responses. It is important to listen to your body, work at your own pace, and communicate any concerns with the instructor.

WEDNESDAYS 7:15 - 8:30 PM
with Laura Cuervo
This class is an invocation for all caregivers. It is a space curated with deep understanding and acknowledgment of those who spend the majority of their time in service to others. This is for you who have chosen, with open hearts, to stand as a beacon for those in moments of vulnerability, to extend a hand to those grappling with the weight of their traumas and tumultuous experiences. This class is a call to turn the lens of care inward, to replenish and nurture your own body, mind, soul, and heart—to reconnect with the essence and purpose that guided you to serve from a place of love and coherence.
If you find that others consistently turn to you in their moments of uncertainty, looking to you to transmute their experiences into opportunities for growth, this class is crafted for you. Care for Caregivers is an invitation to immerse in practices of self-care that bridge movement and energy work with profound self-reflection and discovery. It is a sanctuary where you can shed the burdens that are not your own, release the stories that have been entrusted to you, and in doing so, return to yourself—to your life, your path, your dreams, and your aspirations. It is here, within this community of fellow caregivers, that you will find support, understanding, and shared strength to let go, to cleanse, and to come back to center.

Narrative medicine is a process of Storytelling, reframing the story, creative writing, journaling, and sharing in a safe, sacred collective space. We will begin with creating sacred space, a brief grounding exercise, an intention setting, some creative journal prompt writing, and a somatic meditation practice to integrate our narrative medicine experience. You will take away knowledge of the practice so you may create your own narrative experiences for yourself, friends, family, and the collective.

Monthly New + Full Moon Circles
Connecting with the lunar cycles is a powerful way to realign our own rhythms with the rhythms of nature. Our ancestors were deeply aligned to the rhythms of nature, from their circadian rhythm to the rhythms of the harvest. From these cycles to gathering in circle, we can reconnect with ourselves and with nature to create something new.
